Frog Rock Youth Basketball League is ready to start its 42nd season! We are open as a co-ed instructional league where all the children in the towns of Eastford and Pomfret grades 3-8 are invited to play.

Frog Rock basketball is geared toward teaching the fundamentals of the game, sportsmanship, and teamwork. We provide age-appropriate instruction with a focus on fun and healthy competition. Frog Rock Basketball provides a youth sports experience unlike any other by teaching the lessons of good sportsmanship on and off the court.

Our league offers the ability for your children to benefit physically but also mentally by learning the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

All of our Frog Rock players receive 13 weeks of age-appropriate player development, coaching and board 35 officiated games. Shooting jerseys with personalized player names on the back. Coaches who are Positive Coaching Alliance trained. Most importantly a fun, supportive culture.
